Welcome to Decatur Back & Neck Center; we’re here to help you! Come in and make yourself comfortable. We won’t keep you waiting for long. You can relax knowing you’re in the right place for healing.
If possible, please complete our EZBIS paperwork prior to the appointment. If unable to do so, please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time. Please have your ID and insurance cards when you come for your visit.

The Initial Visit
When you come for your first appointment, Dr. Peck will listen to your complaints and ask some questions to determine if we’re able to help you. If not, we’ll help you find someone who can; we care about your health.
After the consultation, you’ll have an in-depth physical examination, including orthopedic testing, neurological testing, spinal examination, and X-rays, in most cases. Dr. Peck may use other therapies today to relieve your pain, such as electrical stimulation for muscle spasms, or laser therapy to reduce inflammation and swelling and promote pain relief.
Dr. Peck will also provide at-home recommendations for your comfort. Our staff will schedule your report of findings for the next day. Please allow 60 minutes for this visit.
When You Come Back
The next day is the report of findings, where Dr. Peck will give you his recommendations for care. You’ll receive your diagnosis, what the plan is to help you, how long before you see results, and how much it will cost. He’ll answer any questions you may have to ensure you have the information you need to decide whether to proceed with care or not. Your health care is always your decision.
Financial Responsibility
After our staff does an insurance verification, they will provide you with a breakdown of what’s covered and your responsibility, if any. The initial visit is $89, if not covered by insurance. Our fees are considered comparable for the area.
