Chiropractor Dr. Timothy Peck started his career in the South, and spent many years practicing in the St. Louis area, before relocating back to Alabama. Opening Decatur Back & Neck Center in 2019, his family was drawn to the Decatur area because of the hospitality and friendly environment. He’s pleased to offer quality chiropractic care to the community.

Our patients receive hands-on, chiropractic care, to correct issues within the nervous and musculoskeletal system, restore balance, and allow your body to heal itself. Dr. Peck is certified to help identify and heal spinal ligament injuries from auto accidents, and in the use of spinal decompression therapy for disc issues. Our goal is not just to get you healthy, but also teach you how to stay that way.

A young woman came to see Dr. Peck with a history of headaches for several years. She had seen many specialists, and undergone numerous tests without achieving relief. Upon examination, Dr. Peck found several areas of concern in her neck. After he adjusted the patient, her headaches stopped completely.
Dr. Peck is also very proud of the results our patients receive from spinal decompression therapy for disc issues, allowing them to avoid surgery.
